I want to cancel my child’s study visa and apply for visitor instead

I am struggling to find acceptance letter and the study visa application is already in for my child. Can I add a visitor visa application to her profile. Will this be accepted?

What is the purpose of the trip for your child? What do you mean struggling to find acceptance letter? Are they a minor?
 
My husband applied for Study permit and I applied for open work permit. So the purpose is for my husband to study there. My child is a minor 14 years old. We applied for her study permit but we did not give information of where she is going to study because we are not getting responses from public high schools. So that’s why I’m thinking of canceling

Minors accompanying parents with study/work permit dont need an acceptance letter to get a study permit. Just explain that they are accompanying minors.

Just to add that generally for schools for minors determine where you will be living first then select a school in the area. So unlikely any school will reply until you are in the country.
