I took the assessment questionnaire in cic.gc.ca and I want to apply for the Federal Skilled Trades Program but it's indicating that I don' qualify. I did went to a technical school to become an Electrician but I cannot get an ECA as they are not able to asses my diploma. I do have my High School Diploma from the USA.
