I want to APPLY for study permit

Recently I have received my refusal for study permit , and I applied with the general ielts.
Right now I am looking to reapply with the general ielts because college gave me the deadline for 21 January and I have booked my academic ielts test for 4 February. Can I lodged my file with general ielts and after getting.y academic ielts score can i upload it via webform ? I just want to know can I do this or not ?

You can try. However if you aren't writing the academic IELTS test until Feb 4th, you aren't going to get your study permit approved by the college's deadline of January 21st.
