You have two options if you want to claim asylum. The first is to obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada and claim asylum once you arrive here. The second is to move out of Afghanistan to another country. Once you reach this other country, you will need to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR or a similar referral organization and selected for resettlement in Canada. You cannot claim asylum while still living in Afghanistan.

You'll also need to demonstrate that you have enough money to pay for the trip. If you've never traveled to a country before requiring a visa (e.g. US, UK, Europe) - your chances of approval are likely very low.

You will have to apply yourself. It will be most likely very challenging to get a TRV.
The people on this board are just normal people, either looking for information, or sharing information after having gone through the processes themselves. If you want someone to guide you step-by-step, you are going to need to hire someone.

Honestly though if you have no other travel history to other safe countries in your past, then the chance of being approved for a TRV are practically zero. Of course there is no harm in trying.
