I think I really messed up this time

So I have been sending a couple of CSE to fix some mistakes I made. They are about forgetting to mention volunteering and university club membership, getting brother's country of residence wrong in family details cause he moved to a new country around 11 days before I submitted my application. My brother is not accompanying me. I have been told by many they are nothing to be concerned of.

But...

I just found out after talking to my father today that he tried to apply for permanent residency for Canada where I was included as a dependent and he got a refusal. The refusal came in 2007 according to him. He never mentioned this to me before until I asked him about it today. He also tried to apply again through a lawyer but he has no idea whether his application is submitted or what happened to it.

This is really scaring me because I have been answering the question about visa refusal and such in all my application: study, work, visitor and PR as "No" cause I had no idea. Obviously I sent a CSE again. I am really scared with all this CSE and security being already done I will be rejected for misrepresentation. When you try your best to do it right and this is what happens.

Can any seniors enlighten me what would be the outcome of this?

What you did by sending a CSE is all what you can do. The good thing is that you have informed IRCC before they find out and contact you. So, you really don't have to worry as you were honest when you applied to the best of your knowledge. I am sure that all these unfortunate and unintentional mistake will not be seen as misrepresentation by IRCC. Just relax. Good Luck!

I hope so. I guess it also may delay my application. My AOR is Jan 2017 so I have been waiting for a while. Not to mention I waited 1 year extra for PNP. I believe my security (including security screening) was done last week. Not sure if this new information is going to make them re-do security. I am wondering why did they not ask me anything about it earlier? Anyways, I just want to get my PR with peace in my mind that there was no misrepresentation in my application that can jeopardize my future citizenship application.

I was going through my OINP application and I found I answered 'No' to this question:

"Have you, your spouse or common-law partner, or any of your dependent children, already submitted or been included in an Application for
Permanent Residence to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)?"

Since I already sent CSE about not mentioning my father's PR application refusal where I was dependent for my Express Entry PR submission, do I have to also inform them about this mistake for my OINP application? I used my OINP nomination to get ITA hence worried.

hello, did you finally get the PR? I am in a similar situation, I answered "YES” to the question 4(d) on the background declaration section; (have you been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?) and I acknowledged that I was once refused a visa for Italy, but i forgot to include another visa refusal for the United kingdom which was about 16 years ago.
