Hi,

To confirm, the personal history section in the application requires what exactly? I've filled it up with the past 10 years of addresses (I'm 34 now), university degree, travel, and work since I graduated.

I'm starting to doubt the I missed some information. Am I required to provide any personal history earlier than 10 years ago? I think there is a gap between my university graduation (02/2005) and my first address entry (05/2005). But then that's more than 10 years ago.

Will I get screwed or is it alright?

Cheers.

Firstly you shouldn't leave any gaps and as far as I know you need to provide info of only last 10 years. Please refer to CIC's guide and also run a search query for personal history on this forum. This has been discussed in detail by few senior members.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You should report all periods of employment, unemployment, study, long term travel or absence (not short term vacation travel), and leave from work.

The period should be continuous without any gaps for the last 10 years or since you turned 18, inclusive of your birthdate.

Thanks for the replies.

If I got it correctly, as long as there are no gaps since June 2007, i should be fine. I submitted my application in June 2017.

Including history info since you turned 18 years old is the best way to go regardless of CIC ask you only for 10 years. I had a couple of friends who CIC came back and asked detailed information since they turned 18 yrs old even though they provided for a 10 yrs spam.

I don't think you screwed but be ready to provide more information if they come back to you.
