I think I have submitted the wrong "Family composition"! any egyptians here?

I took a look at some questions and answers from fellow egyptians and I think I did a mistake
I am a canadian citizen and I sponsor my egyptian wife. when the CIC asked for family composition = kashf ailah = keed 3a2eli my wife has sent her family composition (her father, mother, brothers) is this fine or they need OUR family composition (my wife, I, our new born baby)? we are married about 1.5 year ago

Did we make a mistake? I called the embassy before submitting this document and the operator said that I have to send the family composition of my wife. anyone knows please?

family members would be you, and your children. her parents dont fall under "family members"

keed 3a2eli is about your wife and her family in Egypt ( mother - father etc ) nothing to do with you but they not ask for that in most of cases but sometimes they do so as long as you send you marrige certificate then send keed 3a2eli then its no problem at all nothing to worry about

Is this Family Composition Certificate required even if you are able to provide other identity documents? Or is it only used if you cannot provide other documents such as birth certificates?
