I teaches Home tuition for about 2 years (2000 - 2002) how to add it in form ? As in case of home tuition there is no documents and ref/exp certificate.

Why do you want to add it?

You can add this in work experience and show as Self Employed.

I need to mention it in the detail of my personal history sine the age of 18.

If I show it/mention as Self employed then do i need to provide any proof ?

If yes then how I can provide a proof as in this case there is no exp or any other letter.

For Self Employed, you can only write providing home tuition.
