I submitted my passport on 12th august 2014 in islamabad office, so how much time they required to take for visa stamp? Normally in provincial category, they took 4 weeks but in my case, 4 weeks time frame has over.. i sent an email to lvo but no response. I m much worried

Nobody will hold passport for so long. There is something wrong here.
Have you paid RPRF? Did CiC ask you to submit the passport ?
Did you use VFO or directly ?
If by courier did you send a return pre-paid slip with present address.
Do you have any proof /receipts of your submission ?
Have you spoken to NDVO?
