I spoke CBC Reporter issue about CHC-ISB

Assalam walikum to all..
I have pointed issue regarding about why CHC-ISB taking long time to process our spouses's case.She was here @TNO to talk about Election candidates.I told her we have to wait for long time,even CHC-ISB send us letter stating your case will takes 9 or 10 months,but they dont follow what CHC-ISB said us in "AOR" letter.At the end she has given me here Card and told me if its take longer than that contact me regarding about it.If you guys want to write her about issue which i talked about.

they need 12-14 months minimum for visa processing....In short after receiving letter from Islamabad, they take 12-14 months

but islmbd gv me 9 mnths in ltr
in july they strt wrk n my file but i aprvd in canada n 1st july.....but they start wrk n my file n 21 july then they send me file num and a sheet of supplymentry frm to fill up and send them back.....
so i did it....but after that no reply....
and on website it shows in process..........will it shw when decison msde?
when they send my document bcz all orig dcmnts they have...........my nikha nama.all eductn....and brth cer etc.
