hi all
any one can share WOTH MY TOPIC

i sent letter on 17 nov to london office and i ask them to re apply my IELTS EXAM as i got refuse as i got total 66 points instead of 67 points , and i mention that happen mistake in ielts exam and i love to come to canada and bulid my life in my second home canada

i have question as any one or ony one make similer thing and got postive thing to re apply the exam .

and i already i attach the register date to IELTS WHITCH IS ON 5 DEC09

FOR THIS INTERSTED THE OFFICER CAN ACCEPT THAT?

Don't live in the past.

Do your IELTS test in December. Pass it well and reapply for the FSW. Your previous application would have been closed permanently by now.

All you need do is pass the test so that your points is more than 66.

Believe and it shall be yours!

I got rejected because of 65 points the officer did not give me any more chance to submit my ielts again. Once decision made it can not be open your file unless you appeal in court

I have IELTS exam on Saturday; I am worried to get less 12 points; so in this situation whats the solution?
Moreover; i am in deadline of 120 days!! :-[ :-[ :-[

My question:
I can send CHC-London explanation letter for retake the IELTS Exam with my full documents; so they will hold process it until sent the new IELTS exam?
or there is any way to avoid rejection... :'( :'( :'(

I am really tired ??? to do every things from the beginning..

You really need to book for english training in any of the approved school for your ielts test because your last ielts test result of 5point is a true reflection of your ability.You need help.

the guy never said he got 5 points, and I find a hint of sarcasm when you say 5 points reflect your true ability. Let us be more kind to people who have some weakness that we dont; for sure we have so many weaknesses that others dont.

If you follow the guy history,you will find out that what I wrote in my first post is correct,the guy need to improve himself to get more point that will help him achieve his dream of a canada pr.

Send all the doc you have and when you get the ielts result,you can send it.However,it is a 50-50 as all the CHC are very strick when it come to the 120days rule.
