Finally passport requested by Canadian Embassy Abu Dhabi, I almost lost my faith and hope as seems like I am the only applicant who was required to undergo Medical., Thanks GOD!

My NBI Clearance Certificate will be released on Monday, once I receive it isa submit ko na rin ito along with my Passport.

Thanks Lanun for ur advise. i remember u mentioned b4 that from Philippine consulate here in Dubai they dont have the form for the finger prints so how did u process ur NBI clearance & how long u waited from Philippine consulate & from NBI Philippines? can i get ur ym so i can talk 2u regarding our application coz i really need ur help so badly.
aside pla sa form na galing d2 at authorization letter na sinend mo my iba pa ba silang kailangan?

Hi Mariane,

Yes, until now they do not have Fingerprint forms. Lat week when I collected my approved Fingerprint Form, I have heard from some of our kabayan that they have got their forms in Philippine Embassy Abu Dhabi and they had their finger printing in CID Head Quarters in Abu Dhabi.
What i did was I have couriered my Old Green NBI Certificate and an Authorization Letter to my sister and I have asked her to get a Blue fingerprint form from NBI main Office. She couriered it to me which is very costly PHP 2,700 via LBC. Pagkareceived ko ng Blue form, nagpunta ako agad sa CID Office in Al Qadiya (Metro Green line, Al Qadiya station, doon din kinukuha ang Police Clearance) Again, same procedure like getting a Police clearance, pa typing and do not forget to bring Photo.Have my fingerprinting there and paid DHS 110.00
If the Officer will tell you to come back tomorrow to collect it, beg and explain to them that your Company will not allow you to take another leave. That is what I did.
Then the same day, I went to Philippine Consulate and paid DHS. 100.00
You have to have back to back photocopy of your fingerprinted form plus a photocopy of your Passport with DXB Visa.
They will ask you to come back after 3 to 4 days to collect the approved form.
Then you can send it back to your person in Philippines with the Authorization Letter,Old NBI Certificate,Passport photocopy and DXB Visa and ID photos baka kailanganin pa nila.

grabe na rin pla pinag daanan mo sa application mo parehas tayo.hehehe. nag send ako sa ym m,pag free ka pakibasa na lng po. I still have my personal copy from NBI (green copy) and ung blue na may finger prints ko year 2008 pa un. Now do i have to get copy for blue form from phil. consulate or pwede ko na ipadala sa mom ko etong kopya ko na nasaken for renewal?

hi po,

sensya ka na late na kita na update. sobrang napagod kase ako yesterday isang araw ko inasikaso ung clearance ko. hindi sila pumayag dun sa luma ko from phil. consulate bnigyan ako ng bagong form (ung blue) tas nagpunta ako ng CID office for finger prints then balik ako ng phil. consulate then 2morrow ko mkukuha ung form ko na may stamp ng phil. consulate then forward ko na agad sa pinas.
Nga pla personal ka ba magpapasa ng NBI clearance at passport mo? Ilang days ba ang processing ng NBI sa pinas? Balitaan mo po ako ha pag binigay din sau same daysa canadian emb. para ganun din gagawin ko.

Hi Marianne. Buti nman at may form na pala sila. Kaninang umaga lang inasikaso ng sister ko renewal ng NBI Clearance ko at kanina rin nakuha then she couriered it to me this afternoon.
I will be receiving it by tomorrow or Wednesday. Personal akong pupunta sa Sunday there in Canadian Embassy.
Praying na wala ng maging problema.

oo nga e sa loob pa tlga nillagay kase isa lng dapat kunin per head. thru LBC pren ba pinadala ng sister mo pabalik d2 ilang days ba bago mo mareceive d2? Mas maganda nga yata kung personal mo ibbgay ung passport mo at NBI para makuha mo rin ako agad. Dont worry po everything will be ok,ill pray for u.

I received a call before from DHL Abu Dhabi, that was Dec, kabayan natin at hawak nya ang submitted docs ko returned by CIC kc may kulang sa Form na na fill up an ko. This kabayan guy from DHL is so good and a dear Angel to me as he told me that he will not courier back my docs to me dahil magdodoble gastos daw ako. He just asked me to fill up the Family Form na kulang then he asked to fax it to him or scan and email to him. Then he forwarded it again to CIC the complete set of Docs.
It is not a refusal, but a warning. Luckily, CIC still gave me a chance to complete the same. Then came the NBI problem, pero I am sorting it out now, CIC still gave me a chance to complete them before April 13. God is good all the time.

Hi Mafe. That has already been solved. Hindi kasi lumabas ang Family Form ng nagoonline fill up ako ng forms. Now I am just waiting for my POlice Clearance in Taiwan para mai submit ko na ang passport ko sa Canadian Embassy.
Ano na ang status ng application mo?

Hello po...ask ko lang po sana if gano pa katagal bago lumabas ang result ng work permit application after ng Medical coz im just a bit worried kasi im planning to go for vacation. And ilang days/months po valid ung permit para maka entry sa Canada? Thanks

wala pa nga eh..nag email lang sila sa akin last month na on process pa daw .nawawalan na nga ako ng pag asa kc 4 months na yung application ko.

Ganyan din ako girl, u need to be ready, kc ako nun talaga I made up my mind. But don't loose pipe, if it's for u..it will be granted..enjoy mo Lang ung time mo while waiting, coz when u get here, it's completely different..ako nahihirapan pa din mag adjust.
