Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
For some reason I got an ITA under FSW and I am originally a PGWP holder with a LMIA exempt job and now I am required to upload the following docs which I don't have,

- Certificate of Qualification
- Offer of Employment
- Letter of Employment (I only have a general letter from my employer which I'll upload for Employment Records)

But I don't have any of those. What the heck? How can I switch to CEC?

ok, I seem to find where the problem was and it looks like now I'll have to decline my ITA. So, while filling in the original Express Entry application, I answered "yes" under "Does NN have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?". I did so cause I thought that my University degree IS my certificate of qualification and put the date I got my degree for "Date NN obtained the certificate". Turns out this is a completely different thing. And now I changed this to "no" and Certificate of Qualification disappeared from my list or required documnents. But will this affect my overall score making my ITA ineligble? I don't want to apply and pay the app. fee to only get my application rejected and my money wasted.

Look at the requirements for FSW, namely that you have 1 year or more of full-time employment in the NOC A, B, or O category in which you intend to work in Canada, and you have the minimum amount of funds available for the number of people in your family, and an English test score high enough. If you have all of that, you can apply under FSW, and on your ITA there is a place where you can re-calculate your score. If it's still 453 or above, you can apply. Otherwise, it might be best to correct your EE application and reject the application.

The certificate of qualification gives you only 25 points, so if you removed it and said No your points will decrease 25 points only that's my opinion.

Good luck.
