1- If iam sending the attested transcript in the closed envelope sealed with university stamp to WES by myself, do I have to fill in Academic Records Request Form by the university controller and include it in the sealed envelope or not since i am sending by myself (EGYPT)
2- For the notarized copy, assuming that the original is stamped, do i have to stamp again on the copy ? i dont understand

1. No, you don't have to, if you are sending it by yourself.
2. Yes, all photocopies must be attested again.
