Thanks! I am a non Canadian so cant sponsor him. Pretty much figured it wouldn't earn points but wanted to make sure as its not clear in the ministerial instructions.

Won’t you be applying for PR and including your spouse? No employing a spouse for the purpose of getting PR is not the way to get PR. How big is this company in Canada?
