Dear All, I have been working as a translator for more than five years, and I decided to go for a different career.

I am interested in programing. In addition, I am interested in moving to Canada. From my reading on the immigration site, it will be easier to get the PR if I finished a degree inside Canada.

I would to ask for your opinion on the following questions:

1- Is it applicable to get a provincial nomination after finishing an undergraduate degree, or is it easier to get the provincial nomination after post graduate program?
2- If I am targeting provincial nomination to increase my score in the express entry, which province is the easiest - from your experience - in its nomination program?
3-May you please recommend me some affordable places to study Programming/computer engineering?

Thanks in advance for your help

1. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD has most points for Express Entry
2. From my knowledge, Manitoba, Atlantic Canada, Saskachewan has makes it easier for intl students that studied there
3. Many colleges just do some research

I forsee a lot of problems for you. You are changing your field and looking for cheap colleges which is bound to cause issues for your study permit application. You need to explain why a study program is a progression for your career. If VO gets a large signal that you want to immigrate then you will get refused
