1- I applied for QUEBEC Skilled workers on November 4th, 2015. I have received AOR, currently, the application is under process.
2- On, Dec 25th 2015, I got my first SINP application returned due to missing documents.
3- On May 18th, I applied for SINP
4- On June 9th, My wife applied for student permit and I applied a TRV for me and for our two kids (she got acceptance from Waterloo - Ontario University)
5- On July 9th I received the nomination letter from SINP and i got additional 600 points added to my EE profile.
6- On July 13th, I received ITA through my Express entry profile.
7- On July 24th, I received a refusal letter for my visit visa application and my kids visit visa applications. While my wife study visa application is still in process.
8- I have now 50 days to submit the PR application (Still I am collecting my documents).
Some other related Information
1- My wife and Kids have two nationalities.
2- My wife Student application was applied through her first passport after that I got the SINP nomination letter based on her second passport
3- The reason of refusal of our visit visa is that CIC is not satisfied that we will leave Canada after that visit. and the purpose of visit is not clear, no strong tie in home country.
4- My kids received their first passports for the second nationality after we got the nomination.
My Questions:
1- I wanted to know if QUEBEC application may cause problems and if I should withdraw / cancel it and when / how?
2- Should we withdraw my wife's study permit now to avoid any complication related to PR application. My PR is more important than Study permit.
3- She got acceptance from Ontario before we got the nomination from Saskatchewan. Will getting acceptance from a university in Ontario considered a reason that we do not have the intention to move and stay in Saskatchewan, although she got the acceptance before we received the SINP nomination letter? should we withdraw that application?
4- My wife's Ukrainian passport has been renewed last week. Do I need to update SINP / CIC? or Just upload it on my CIC application?
5- Should I attach the old one with new one on my PR application as the old one was used for SINP and Study permit applications (also used for medical test)?
6- We all have done medical tests for TRV (which we got refused today). Can we use the same proof of submission for PR (the medical still valid till to the next May 2017)
7- My wife's actual nationality is Palestinian but she has a temporary Jordanian passport (which is granted for all Palestinians to travel outside). Is CIC aware of this issue? or do I need to explain why? this is mainly because she has many documents were the nationality mentioned is Palestinian while she is using Jordanian Passport to travel.
