Hi All,

I'm a International student and I'm married. I have 4 months summer break and thought of bringing my husband and daughter(2 years old). However, unfortunately daughter visa got rejected and thought of applying once again? Do some one knows what is the procedure and how to file?

Is there any other programs where I can bring her?

please do read this and help me.

thank you all

The TRV is your only option for bringing her here.

But when I fill my application for TRV it's asking for mandatory employment details ? So should I fill my husband employment history? Or how shall I fill that ??

Please help me
Are you selecting 'Temporary visit more than 6 months'? If yes, you must select 'Temporary visit less than 6 months'

Yeah, I select Temporary visit less than 6 months.

Can you please help me

For Form IMM 5257, write 'Not applicable' for any section that does not apply to her
