My girlfriend submitted her application for PR in 15th December (got invited for express entry meanwhile she is with work permit) and am with study visa. We want to get married but some say that we should wait till she get PR and after we can get married and she can sponsor me while so many others say that we can get married and she can inform IRCC and add me to her application and we both get PR (may take longer time). We want both to get married asap but we are worried if we gonna have any problem with papers so want to be sure to marry in right moment. Please who knows what we can do?

You can do both, but process of sponsoring after PR is time consuming and processing time is more than a year. Best is to get married now and have her include you to her PR application. It might add 4 to 5 more months of processing time, but its better than 1 year plus processing time when you are sponsored.

Get married preferably in March 2023 , do you have evidence of your interaction with her , like WhatsApp chats etc. The more evidence you have better it is for you because apart from marriage certificate they may ask for other evidence, all in all if everything is genuine then no need to worry, she can apply for BOWP.

Go ahead man

How does she qualify for a BOWP?

Thank you

When I was getting married post AOR I was told it will take additional 6 months processing time - that was back in July 2021. It took about 16 months until we got our COPR last month.
But to be fair I believe COVID added to the delay in processing time. Not sure how much it takes nowadays.

It won't take that much now.

Thank you. Is it possible to get married and not add me in her application cause we want to get married but we are not sure about proof and don't want to risk (we know each other for short time and maybe gonna be problem this for them to be convinced)

I got my PPR in April 2022 and coincidentally I got married (Arranged marraige) in 6 hours after that. Added my wife with little proof I had within 1 week of marraige (I was just waiting for my marriage certificate to add my wife) and submitted all the information and documents that was requested. Now, we both are in Canada. Lot of poeple before and after me have added their spouse with little proof. You decide for yourself. And also you cannot hide your marriage and thats misinterpretation.
