As I sent my application on 19th March 2010, it was recieved by CIO Sydny Canada on 19th April.
That time our visa office was ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, but right after or in April 2010 they chnaged VISA office London, Uk,

Dear all kindly give me your comments should I fill IM0008 E Generic form and send them again by the refferece of my previous application.

As you know all, there in no chance of mistake I am afraid my application refusal bcs of only this.

I need you precious comments and suggestions.

Yes Angeleye is right. However, dont use ordinary mail next time.

No worries man..they would strike off the ISD office and replace it with London on your application and at the same time it will be mentioned in the email coming to you from CIO.

I second OK1. I had the same case, I wrote Islamabad but when I received AOR they clearly indicated that your application has transferred to London Visa Office and you have to send full docs to london. Do remember to change the visa office [London] in the application when you send it to CHC London.
