I need to clarify that my visa application is urgent, however I do not have the option "description field" to write "COVID-19" I can only choose "others" on purpose of travel. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I don't know if I'm filling out the wrong form. I don't understand what's wrong. I'm sorry if this is something silly, but I'm very desperate.

• For question 1 b) description field, write “COVID-19” exactly like this (you must use capital letters).

As you can see it says "enter the following information exactly as written to make sure your application is PRIORITIZED"

You won't find it in the widget but in the actual form that you fill IMM5257 something has that field. I filled it last month.
