I need to leave Canada. Do my future online studies count for PGWP?

I'm currently in Canada and I need to leave for a family emergency. I'm doing my second master's and have a semester left. I'll finish the master's before December 2021. The question is if leave Canada now, can I do the rest of my master's online outside of Canada and will that be counted towards my pgwp? In other words, will I get a 3 year pgwp for the 2 one year masters?
