Hello guys.
I am waiting for SINP approval for my employee so I can work afterwards but recently I heard that employees no longer need to receive SINP approval letter, instead register online (SINP online application webpage). So my employer registered there (It says he is now an active employer and can submit a job approval form) and submitted a job approval form. We are now waiting for it to be approved. So is this all correct?
I am applying for non-skilled (Hospitality sector) and what I knew about was I mustn't begin work until my employer gets an approval letter.
I want to make sure if I can start work after a job approval is approved. (It says it submitted for review)
Or is there anything my employer has to do before I start work apart from a job approval form.
Any advice would be very grateful.
