The topic DO YOU STUDY OR WORK?
But I've just finished my study and my subject was Geography and Environment and now I am waiting for my result.
Could anyone say what kind of questions I might face. and what will be my answers?

I gave my IELTS not so long back. I was asked this question as well "Do you work or study" Since I am a working professional, I told her I was working with company x and employed as a <<designation>> for the last Y number of years.

The follow up questions were - do you like working and how did you come to choose this line of work.

Hey MRI_COOL,
don't take it too serious
It's a language test, not a background check. They are not interrogating, but asessing your speaking proficiency. You may even call yourself a secret agent if you wish. Or say that you've just graduated, which is actually your case.
