I need my passport back - CPP Ottawa

Hey Guys

I sent my passport to CPP Ottawa to renew my multiple entry visa in june 26, I´m waiting for 42 days.

I went to Ottawa to try get my passport back with or without visa but no success.

I don´t know what to do. Someone can help me? please.

I´ll lose my job in my country, they gave me more one week to return. I don´t care about the visa, I want my passport back.

I called to 1 888 242 2100, I sent emails, I don´t know what to do more.

I just saw your thread. Did you get your passport by now??
I applied on July 11 and waiting for my passport to be back. Your response would help me decide on my travel plans.
