Yeah, I know, that's what makes this incredibly hard. She has me over a barrel and she knows it. She says she'd gladly return to Slovakia despite being extremely close to her mother - which I know for a fact her mother doesn't want. I could try going for full custody based on her past physical abuse of her older children (I had to insist on her not spanking my daughter for which I was accused of 'ruining' her by both my wife and her mother). But in all honesty, I have a problem with taking my daughter from wife - though she has no problem with taking her from me. So yes, I need to find a good lawyer but that hasn't been easy so far. I will definitely call immigration next week and see what they have to say. I thank you both for your insights and for hearing me out.
