you must have missed some information.

Include whatever you can, the best thing to include is the
1) fee chalan number from standard chartered,
2) passport number (cross check the number while writing),
3) Name S/O Father name (exactly as written on passport, make sure the spellings are the same.
4) date of birth as per your passport.
5) Date you submitted your file to Gerry and mention tracking number, also tell them the date of file transfer

This is due to PTA blockage of youtube. you have to clear your cache completely and then try again.

ahaan . but i sent my file via simple TCS with just 150 charges for chc-i i guess
visatronix has more charges. so thats not my point here.

just try with the information I told you and see what you got back ... I have emailed them twice and haven't got anything yet except the auto notifications
