Guys, after I checked with the MCC and time needed to pass Ilets, it turns out its gonna take almost 4 months, that means by the end of this year...does it mean I have narrow chance to apply this year and should wait for next January 2015? I actually don't understand how the process of application works time-wise.

My opinion I think u shld still go ahead nd do d necessary, if u meet this year's then good.

if you get PER means you get through 1st step and than during verification or medical stage rejected than no refund
but if initial stage returned due to negetive eligibility than refund
