i'm a graduate student from morocco and i want to evaluate my bachelor's degree by wes, but the problem is that my university dosn't want to include the copy of my diploma and it's translation (the diploma is in arabic) with the transcripts in the envelope that will be sent to wes, so my question is can i send my diploma and it's translation to wes separately ?
