Thank you for all your input! Appealing is my last choice.

My MP emailed CIC the sealed envelop with the postmark, requesting them to further reconsider open the file. The required documents were not missing ones. They were all included in the application. This is the third Police Certificate, the second Medical Examine and the second Notarized Marriage Certificate. My hubby have all these ready by yesterday, shall I sent them to HKVO anyway?

Another sleepless night for me. I don't know what to do now. I just got stuck.

Thank you all for your attention to my trouble.

No, don't send them. If CIC refuses to reopen your file, you will need those documents to reapply. For now, just sit tight and wait for an answer.

Re: I Need Help, It is Top Urgent! It is finalized now!!!!

:) Hello to all the friends who care about my problem, I have good news to inform you that my husband got his visa eventually.

I am very grateful to your advise that I should ask my MP in the riding to contact Hongkong Visa Office. My MP did a great job in inquiry and following ups. THE HKVO (Hongkong Visa Officer) agreed to reopen my hubby's application and granted him a PR visa upon receiving all the newly required additional documents.

A heartfelt thanks to the MP and HKVO!

Good luck to everyone in the visa application process! :) ;) :D

Congratulation! I am happy for you and your family!

Congrats! That must be a huge relief!!!
