I need help from.some.experienced posters.

I could recently linked my open work permit the 11 of September to my account. I called them and they said that I forgot to pay the fees for open work permit. But that is not true I paid everything the 11 of June and I have the receipts. I was desperate the guy told me they are still processing my open work permit and I told them not to return it because they had made a mistake I gave them the numbers of the receipts and I also sent a we form with all the receipts attached explaining that my application was in Ottawa. Im really desperate because I did not make any mistake I have even photos in my phone with the complete application with all the receipts and I paper clipped them in order saying exactly what receipts were for the open work permit, which was in total $255 for the open work permit and I even paid for permanent residence $1195. I know the web form takes a lot of days to reach. What can I do?? I already called and the guy told me they made a mistake and he sent an email but they say it can take 3 days to be seen for the officer. IM FEARING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO RETURN MY OPEN WORK PERMIT WHEN I NEVER MADE A MISTAKE. I NEED ADVICE PLEASE.

You have to be very patient with the matters of immigration. Calling them many times won't make it any quicker. Wait 3 days and see how you go.

Thank for your answers it's reassuring the incomoetinco of the people working in inmigration when it's a serious issue if they lose a paper or don't look into things seriously. Somebody could lose status money, time, get stressed. Really I feel like so many incompetent persons work there.
