Guys...i m writing again..i applied online for my visitor visa on 28 july. I m originary from Romania, but i m living already 1 year and 3 months in The Netherlands. So i have a bsn nb here, health insurance my bank statement..everything. When i complete the form for the visa they asked me from wich country i apply. So i put netherlands. I tried to contact the IRCC offices but i ve been waiting on the phone 30 min listening to the background music. What i can do? I have the flight on 10 july! I running out of time..and i don t have any answer from them

Your question isn't that clear. Are you asking about processing times?
The processing time posted on the CIC web site is just an estimate. Actual processing can easily take several weeks to a couple of months for TRVs. You unfortunately applied very late given your flight is on July 10th. There's really nothing you can do but wait.
We actually don't recommend booking flights until the visa has been approved - but obviously nothing you can do about that now.

There is nothing you can do. The processing time is 11 days, plus mailing time. You applied 12 days before your flight. What did you expect?
You should have submitted your planned itinerary for the flight rather than buying the actual ticket. Anyway - nothing you can do about that now.
You can certainly change the flight date. This won't impact the processing in any way. It will take as long as it takes and CIC won't expedite processing just because you have a flight ticket. Again, quite possible for it to take a couple of months.
