I need explanation for my gcms notes

I got a question to ask y’all. If it shows on my gcms notes that security is in progress but doesn’t say anything about eligibility where its just blank as in no status showing next to eligibility. What does that mean ?

I have read online that security comes after VO has been done with eligibility and I passed. Does that make any sense ?

Its been 7 weeks at this point. Do you think I should order a webform ?

Also, there is a note left by the officer that reads “DLI with 70%+ non sds approval rate” and im jot quite sure what it means or if this means im likely to be approved can you help

when did your eligibility start and complete ? the eligibility simply means your application ticks all the boxes right now if the verification process goes smoothly you will hear a piece of good news. That's the usual pattern of successful applications.

gcms notes for a refusal case look totally different with detailed notes of a visa officer expressed in a couple of paragraphs and do not look like the above-mentioned notes.

Thats the thing. It doesn’t show any status next to eligibility. Security is in progress tho.

Check your status on IRCC tracker, what does it say there. It seems your eligibility review has not started and background check is in progress. You can raise a webform if your application has crossed the average processing times

Thats precisely what it says on tracker. Eligibility not started and bgc in progress. Its been like that since I applied tho. I raised a webform and still yet to get a response

Then you gotta wait bro, It takes around 7-9 weeks for a decision and u hv already raised a webform. Also, how much time did it take for your gcms notes to come? asking for a friend

Ironically it only took 20 days to get the notes from ircc. Cbsa ones are still to be delivered tho

Yes, your eligiblity has not started as yet hence no final decision has been made on your application. It must show the status to be "completed" on tracker.

when will your course start? sometimes they do not want to issue visas to students way in advance
