hello every body,

I am using the tradtional old application to immigrate to Cananda.I applied with 67 points including 10 from Ielts and 2 points from French as a second language basic level but with out TEF, I have just used My secondary school certificate to support my claim. I know that topic won't accepted by the CIC officers. If i want icrease the points of my case , is it possible to retest for ielts and increase my points through language as it is the only possible way for me, and if i get these 2 missing points from English and passed the 67 points by ielts,will they Still ask my for TEF?

help me with a good advise plz

I do not know if my advise is good but here it is:

You need to show TEF if and only if you are claiming points in French.If you gain the 2 points by retaking IELTS you need not mention your ability in French.Ur IELTS will cover your needed points.If you think u r not comfortable in french and wud not like to take TEF re-take ur IELTS and gain those 2 points.

thank you for your replay, but i am already applied 2 years ago, and i am already metion that my french level is basic level, but i don't want to have tef., so if gained these 2 points by having another Ielts,will they still ask me for TEF?

If you have already applied and taken IELTS once.I would advice wait and watch wat they ask for?They might ask for TEF results to prove your french knowledge.There is no point in re-taking IELTS at this stage.Just wait and see wat they ask for.

I have asked an immegration lawyer in my country about that topic, he advised me to retake Ielts quickly to avoid take the TEF, so i am so confused and if i would take the new Ielts do you advise me send new results including new appliction show the new level of english and cancel the french ability ??
