I want to apply Student visa to study English for 7 months but I need your help
What is proving to return to your country, If I don't have work, no Real Estate, and I live outside my home because it is not politically stable

what you would need.

A acceptance letter from the school (for about 6 month registration of study)
financial proof (if you paid some of tuition then send a receipt)
family tie that you would come home after study (guess, most important thing for your case now)
- if you have a job offer after your study then send a letter from your work. personal letter from you and friends/family etc
return ticket(might help)

you might wanna talk to consultant or lawyer too for further info.
