Without a work permit you have no chance. If you are serious, both posts are the same but by different posters, then check the website about Immigration Canada.

I thought, there are some internet sites for foreign workers. My mean is: What a reason for employer to hire the foreigners instead native works?

No - there are no reputable internet sites that post jobs just for foreign workers.

The reason why employers sometimes hire foreign workers instead of domestic workers is because they can't find the skills / experience they need in a domestic candidate.
 
Since the majority of jobs are distributed by contacts here (except menial jobs), the best would be to connect to jewish community in Canada and hope for their help in sponsorship. Montreal has a huge community of people from former Soviet Union with Israeli passports who own businesses in your field (especially areas in Cote des Neiges) and they may help you.
By sending blind applications on major job websites you are unlikely to achieve any result even if you had PR status.
