I have been lived in Canada for 2 years and now i must leave to Canada because i am out of status now...but i want to come back here with tourist visa so does it easy to get it ??? because i got a job and i have a possitive LMO paper but now there is a no job so they want to hire me on september so could you please help me?? I am from Turkey and The tourist visa processing time is just 2 days in Turkey ...

Btw do i need invitation letter from who leaves in canada or can i say i have to sell my car and cancel my hydro internet vs???

If you are out of status , It may create a problem with your future plan about applying for tourist visa, and since you have lived in Canada for that long , you really don't have strong ties to your country, However , if a Canadian employer is willing to hire you that , that's a different story , if he is willing to do all the paprework required you are good to go.

i had been waiting for positive Lmo paper thats why i am here ..and then i applied for work permit and restoration without Lmo and then they refused me so I was waiting for their answer.. thats why i lose my status..if i explain abut my situation like this ...what do u think about it??

If you are getting an LMO and temporary WORK VISA, why not post your question on the Temp Workers as there will be more people with that experience. Good Luck.
