I have positive lmo but it does not wrıte my name ..is it good for to apply for work permit?

I got a Positive lmo paper but it did not write my name..we had a contrat with my company during the processing time of LMO..and also they put my resume and medical coverage so i am wondering about is it going to be a problem when i apply for a work permit because lmo paper does not have my name...

no body knows about it ??? please guys help me ...thanx

i had been waiting for positive Lmo paper thats why i am here ..and then i applied for work permit and restoration without Lmo and then they refused me so I was waiting for their answer.. thats why i lose my status..if i explain abut my situation like this ...what do u think about it??

I have been lived in Canada for 2 years and now i must leave to Canada because i am out of status now...but i want to come back here with tourist visa so does it easy to get it ??? because i got a job and i have a possitive LMO paper but now there is a no job so they want to hire me on september...

no i just want answer your quetions :)) otherwise i am talking too much ahaa ..i have one more question ..can i choose restoration and extend work permit in the same application form or do i have to fill it up two applications form one of them restoration one of them wp ??? thank you so much...

yes i applied for wp in 14 of december in the restoration period ..

they did not say you must leave here or this kind of thing ...the letter says 'if you want this information considered or should you have different or additional information, it must be submitted with a new application and applicable fees'...but i already passed the 90 days ..i am now out of...

they said that first letter .which i had 17 of jan ,they can not approve without lmo paper but i got a positive lmo on 14 of feb and then i called the call center 15 of feb and i told them to this information ...and then they opened my file 22 of feb and finally they refused me again ..they...

Nobody can answer this question??? I need help immediately... Please help me guys ...

I have a one more question ..now i am out of status and outside the 90 days time limit to apply for restoration ..i have a positive lmo letter ..if i go to the nearest us border can i get a work permit ?? and also do i need anything else ?? thank you..

my visa expired 30 sep 2011 ..i applied for work permit without LMO in 14 dec 2011 and they send me refusal letter on 17 jan 2012 and then i called the call centre and they started to re considering my application ..Lmo is approved my application in 15 feb 2012 ..the government sent me a refusal...

I applied for work permit without lmo paper but it was pending in that time .they refused me after that LMO is approved me ...Now I have already passed the restoration period ..so do you think i can apply again ?? or can i go to the border and get a work permit ???
