I mistakenly didn't mark the question 'Will accompany you in Canada?' Question and I forgot to give level of study

I didn't mark any option for the question 'Will accompany you in Canada?' in the form imm5645e for family information. And, In the other form, I entered the field of study but forgot to mention the level of study.
Will all those mistakes in the forms be an issue for the approval of my visa?

Refill the documents and send an IRCC webform, state your problem clearly. If they see it on time then it won't take long, but after the strike the response to the webforms are delayed. Most probably you are gonna go on a long journey
