I missed my CELPIP test last Saturday

I missed the CELPIP test on August 24th。 I did not take it at all because of a time conflict. Can I register for another one on September 21?

I asked to change the test day, they refused. I showed documentation and everything. They basically told me to screw myself and live with it. They stole my $300 dollars, I requested a refund, and nothing. THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I complained a lot, and nothing.

Well if they said the money was non refundable when you booked it then that's the answer. They didn't steal anything.

They didn't steal your money. You probably haven't read the terms and conditions. IELTS clearly says that any cancellation and amendments made within 5 weeks will lead to forfeiture of your fees.
