Yes, Pippin i did not want to write so long and some people do not have the patience to read a very lengthy post. It is very clear now.

I am sorry, if there were no details, but the main points were there. That is the essential thing.

Hi Canadaforall,

you are a good Samaritan !!! Indeed the lady has been in a very difficult situation and I would commend her for taking a brave step by immigrating to Canada especially thinking of her kids future...Whilst going through your post on her saga one thing came to my mind that I do not foresee any issues for her PR as her case merits H&C consideration. But definitely the community can step in by providing her some guidance in terms of getting employment to sustain her family...As you said you do live in her neighborhood can you find out any leading community organisation which can step in to provide her her some direction? as honestly I haven't seen any conclusive help from the newcomer facilities which would give her any hope ahead to stabilize in this country...

Abhijeet9k,
Yes, my friend we have to be kind to each other. I am here because of some forum members who made me what i am today. I can not pay them, all is to help others and i think i have repaid them. My case was so complicated because i am single with a child, but because of help from this very forum, all went all well and today i am here and my daughter likes this country so much. That is what is keeping me going on here.

When i met this lady with kids and not just one i felt like crying in her place , but told myself i will try the best i can do to help. I have been doing it and think i will continue. God knows why they accepted her to come into this country. In some cases if she met a very racist immigration officer she would have been turned back. I trust God and i know all will be fine.

Yes, the only issue here is, the PR has been applied through a lawyer and it is taking some time to come through and she really needs to work to sustain her family.

But i know all is going to be fine. we will try and see what to do.

Thanks i will find out in the community.
