Hi guys , I need some help , please help me!! My pr application has been received by the cic office 3weeks ago, but I still don't have the file number . I just noticed that on Imm5406 form ,Section A , the present address of my mother , the address I wrote where is my mother live in my home country , but actually , she is in Canada.The reason I wrote it wrong cause I ignored it is should be present address. What can I do? Need I to wait the FN first then tell the mistake that I wrote and send the new imm5406 form to the office with the explanation ? Or I send a new imm5406 with the explanation as soon as possible even I don't have the FN ?

But in any case, sInce you´re mother being in Canada is a big thing, I would send now the form with correct address and a letter explaining to replace the old one with this new one. But be careful of filling it out as before in full so they can just replace it.

I called CIC and she told unless my mother is citizen or Permanent resident I have to modify , if my mother hold a temporary resident visa won't be a problem, because I am the applicant, as long as my information is correct.And if i want to change i need to wait untill i get my FN.
