i got arrested by police 1 month ago becoz i was to drunk in public they took me and release me in mirning without ant ticket ,charge or court appearence no document was signed just gave me verbal warning not to repeat this. i m worried for the question in background chk for applying trv
- that have you ever arrested , charged ,convicted with criminal offence in any country?
i also chk with the police station i was taken they said this is a provincial offence
now tell me should i answer yes and explain my case or simlpy answer no because its just provincial offence
plzzzzz help me wat should i do i dnt want to lie on my application !!! reallly very worried help me

you answered the question yourself ...you said "I do not want to lie". Answer truthfully and provide a clear explanation. You will be fine.

skinyob that's what i m asking everyone say only answer the question asked from you . In the application they ask have you arrested for any criminal offence but it was not a criminal offence its provincial offence !!!

Yes, you are correct. The question was "have you ever arrested ..... in a criminal offence" which obviously not the case.
So, the answer is no.
