I lost my passport with VISA APPROVAL

Hi, my student visa was approved but accidentally i lost my personal belongings and was not able to fly for my septmeber intake. I deferred my intake on January 2020. Does Canadian embassy allowed lost passport and will issue a new one or it is never allowed?

I know its all my fault.
I almost had my dreams come true but this happened to me. I was blessed to have my visa approval for one application only even if my ielts score wasnt really good but my nursing career and and experience is excellent.

i feel very sad about what happened to me.

Make a report at your local police station about lost passport with a Xerox of lost pasport.Apply for your new passport asap by mentioning lost old passport .also U will get your new passport within 20 days as service as improved. Then again apply to vfs to verify your detail and stamp in your new passport
