I live in Ontario but my DLI is in Quebec, if I leave Canada, would I be able to go back to Ontario?

My study permit states I live in Quebec and that is where my school is located. I recently moved to Ontario and already changed my address. I was planning to go home but I am unsure if they'll let me pass the border since I won't be going to my DLI (Designated Learning Institute). Does anybody have experience or know if they'll let me in to stay in Ontario?

Have you been admitted to another program? When did you stop studying full-time?
