:-X I just submitted my application form. What is next? What to expect? What is the probability of hearing back from them as soon as possible? How long it usually takes at least to hear from them? I am very anxious. Please calm me down and let's chat. Thanks. :-X :-\

paper based? you should receive AOR in around 3 months. There's nothing you can do until CIC request additional docs/RPRF

Inland application is currently estimated at 16 months.

From my experience, RPRF comes 8 months after application

If you have been nominated by a province (conditions may apply) and have AOR at IRCC Stage, you can apply for BOWP as an extension in case your PGWP is expiring. I did similar thing when my 3-year PGWP expires last June

3 years is 36 months. That's a lot of time to make your move

Nice. Are you still working on getting your PR or not? I was wondering if BOWP has some requirements, such as being able to work only for one employer (i.e. restricted) or is that similar to an open work permit. As you know PGWP is open and you can work for any employer and in any part of Canada..

By the way, I already have used 9 months of my 3 years PGWP...that sucks... but i was trying to find a job and/or transitioning from one to another job... :'( technically, i only have left 2 years....... :'( :'( :'(

I got approved recently, waiting for CoPR and landing

BOWP by definition is open work permit. If your nomination is "employment restricted" then you are not eligible, you are suppose to apply for Closed WP LMIA exempt. If you consider requirement of BOWP (having AOR) you only need 4 months + PNP nomination to be able to stay in Canada while PR in process

Hi guys,

Sorry for interfering.
Very quick question, I strongly believe you can help.

I will apply tomorrow for PR, through PNP, paper based application, outside of CA. Could you please advise, from your experience, after how long did you receive a request for medicals.
I would like to remain pregnant as i am turning 31 this year and waiting another 16 months (paper based processing times) is not in my favor.

In the meantime, we applied for my husband's work permit and open work permit for myself, in February. Waiting for it to be processed and as soon as we have it, we can move to Canada.

Thank you.

outland depends on the location of visa office. try check out with threads of older application. My MR comes 11m2w after application date for inland

If you are pregnant at MR, you can request CIC for extension and delays the MR until you give birth

And may i suggest you open a new thread for specific questions like that
