i just recived new work permit but there's error in name !

There is an error in my first name . Do i have to send a new application to make correction or can i just leave it as it's? .is that gonna be a problem if i didnt apply to change the name error ? And where to apply or what form shall i fill ?
Im inland protacted person .CIC still work on my PR
