Hi all:

For your guys information, the FOIA can be really fast now.

My Timeline:

Date Submitted : 06/03/2014
Date Received : 06/09/2014

It took me less than a week to receive the record by email, not what it used to be (1 year???)

the URL is https://foiaonline.regulations.gov/foia/action/public/request/publicPreCreate

My request has been pending since February!
So, now I've withdrawn my old request and submitted a new one. Maybe this will be processed faster.

You can get the report yourself...

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

Is it different from what we get from http://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/i-94-instructions.

Type of Records Requested should be Entry/exit or i-94

Its the same

It should be the same. However, in my case, the I94 one does NOT listed all my entries. The one from FOIA does give me all the information I need.

You may like to try the old-fashion one. It is really fast.

Thanks. I already tried that one the day it was introduced but it does not contain complete information. FOIA is the one I require.

how to use FOIA? Does it just search by name? I don't get it. can someone explain please?

Thanks

Its Linked by a Key...
The key is formed using the applicant's legal name + DOB + Passport Number

Yes, it gives you all the travel information to US. It would be helpful if you like to confirm your entry to the US

that's great! how much were you willing to pay? and did you state yes in expedited?

If someone has never ever been to USA even no transit flight, does he need to request this report and attach the empty report with RQ response?
in the new citizenship form issued just may 2014 it says strictly do not contact CBSA for report. So does it apply to FOIA as well? as now government agencies are getting overloaded so they have made new rule that on request basis cic can directly ask for those record instead of millions of people applying for citizenship flood the CBSA with their request.
