Last question, how do I make employers know that even tho I'm in a different country right now, I already have my PR VISA. Do I mention it next to my current country in the CV, something like this: "Australia (Already have PR VISA)" ? or is there a better way ?
Well, you can mention that in your cover letter.

You can let them know that you have PR and would be travelling to Canada. Just dont mention CoPR, most of the recruiters dont understand what it is. Try to put a Canadian number if you can. Also, LinkedIn profile is asked by almost every job applicaition, please keep it updated.

Quick tip - nationality or immigration status on a resume = instant rejection by ATS in most companies.

Just list your target city as city, province. Same for your Linkedin and have a virtual Canadian phone number if you decide to go down this line. Having a Canadian phone number, Canadian cities conveys who you are better than saying "I'm a PR" ;)

You can inform them during the interview about your PR status.

Hello,
Today I received my passport with the Canadian VISA and I wanted to ask about two things:
First is housing, am I supposed to find housing before I even get to Canada ? is that even possible ? if so how do you guys recommend I go about finding a good place to rent.
Secondly, I wanted to ask about jobs, I'm a web developer and I wonder if I should try and find work in my field before I even leave for Canada, or do the employers require your presence before accepting you as an employee ? if I can get a job from my current country, can I get recommendations on some good job websites.
Thank you and I wish all good luck.
As already stated get a virtual Canadian phone number because most employers will filter applicants based on current location. I would not suggest trying to rent before coming to Canada because many listing do not appear as they do on a posting, you want to get a sense of the area before renting and renting in a certain location will limit where you can work especially if dependent on public transportation. Many landlords want to meet their tenants in person before renting to them. Would also suggest remaining flexible in terms of where you want to move to in Canada. Most newcomers only want to live in a few locations when they may find a better job and have a better qualify of life if they consider locations throughout Canada. Most rentals are not done through real estate agents in Canada. The exception is typically higher end rentals. You will find most rentals on sites likes kijiji and larger apartments complexes usually have their own leasing agents and offices. The rental market is extremely tight in most Canadian cities so there can be a lot of competition for every listing. Most landlords want to see proof of employment, credit check, rental history, etc. which is difficult for most newcomers which is why many are offering to pay multiple months in advance as a way to try to secure a rental.

Thank you for the great advice.
As you have said, I'm very flexible on where to settle in Canada, even tho I have Toronto in my PR, I can go anywhere I want once I get there.
I guess I should edit my resume for each job I'm applying to, and put the city of where job is (since if I get accepted I will settle in that city anyways)
I will make sure to explain my situation to them if I get an interview tho
