Nope dude...for canada one year gap is acceptable ..
for this you don't have to show anything..but if you have done anything product able during this tenure,you can show...

what about 2 year gap? can my job letters cover it?
 
yea 1 year gap is acceptable........plz don't show any fake doccuments to cover up ...

Yup for 2 years ,you have to show your job letter and if you have experience certificate ,salary slips with you ,these can also be attached ...(Mention some references with whom you were working in SOP).
